We aim to keep everything we sell in stock. We will send your order within three to five working days but we will do everything we can to deliver the next working day (Monday-Friday, no Saturday postage), so you should get your beautiful gifts quickly.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class.
If we do not have your item in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you an expected despatch date which hopefully won't be too long.

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are delivered to another party, Piccolo Bambino naturally cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Piccolo Bambino now deliver overseas. Delivery charges are as started on the website at checkout depending which country you wish your product to be delivered to. International delivereies may take 10-14 days to be delivered. Any additional custom charges are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If this happens, we’ll let you know and send your other toys as normal. When the out of stock toy is back in we will send it on (of course, there’s no additional postage charge).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange the item. Please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the reason for returns, quoting your order number. You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you insure your parcel sufficiently or send via Special Delivery as claims for lost returns parcels will not be accepted should the item go astray in transit.
Once the item has been received by us, we will refund the price of the item using the same method originally used by you to pay for it, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested. We try to process returns as quickly as possible.
A refund of the delivery charge will only be given if items were damaged or faulty.

If within 7 days upon you receiving your item, you happen to discover a fault, please let us know straight away. All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
You will then have an option to get a full refund or have it exchanged.
Please note after 7 days we will not offer full refunds. FOR THIS REASON WE ASK ALL CUSTOMERS TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM.
